It was a course in employment law that made Helena Grufman, co-owner and Deputy CEO at accounting firm ViRedo, understand how important preventive health care is for staff. What convinced her to choose OneLab in particular was that the solution is modern and looks at the whole person — not just the physical. This is especially important for companies that compete with their knowledge and their employees’ expertise, Helena believes. ”For me it was important to find a partner with a holistic view of health that addresses both physical and mental health. When we compared with other solutions, we felt too many focused solely on physical health, which does not feel sufficient in today’s landscape, when many companies face challenges around employees’ mental health.”
Health work is constantly evolving at ViRedo. Helena is currently considering some concrete initiatives for the autumn, but as they are still at the idea stage we will return to those later in the year.
