Preventive health for companies since 2014
OneLab was founded in 2014 and is today one of the leading companies in preventive occupational healthcare. We are a care provider registered with IVO, the Swedish Health and Care Inspectorate, and our operations are governed by the Swedish Health and Medical Care Act. Unlike traditional occupational health services, our delivery is built on our own digital platform.
Every health examination generates structured health data. Combined with absence data from our sick and return-to-work reporting, this gives us a complete picture of which employees are at increased risk of ill health. That way our own nurses and doctors can put the right intervention in place at the right time, for the right person.
A smart platform for health
OneLab is a technology company in occupational health. Our platform brings together blood tests, biometrics and validated questionnaires and turns complex health data into clear insights.
Every employee follows their results and gets personal feedback in the app, while HR and managers see how the organisation is doing on the platform. The technology makes the insights precise and our nurses and doctors make them medically sound, so the right intervention can be made at the right time.
