Healthy Place to Work – Part of the Company's Sustainability Efforts
Being a Healthy Place to Work facilitates SAM (Systematic Work Environment Management), which is governed by the Swedish Work Environment Authority. It also supports compliance with CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), a comprehensive EU directive since 2024 that imposes stricter requirements on sustainability reporting, covering areas such as work environment, working conditions, and health. By identifying and addressing health risks, these efforts are integrated into the systematic work environment management and contribute to sustainability reporting by measuring and documenting employee health and work environment
