Proactive screening for early detection
To identify any potential health risks early on, we carry out proactive screening at your workplace. With a digital health check, we assess physical and mental health and map the organisational and psychosocial work environment.
All of our tests are based on internationally validated research.
Blood tests and blood pressure
We can also perform blood tests and check blood pressure to investigate the risk of some of our most common lifestyle diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, and type-2 diabetes.
A registered nurse will come to your workplace to conduct the examination, which takes about 10 minutes.
Health counselling and support
If any health risks are detected, we will follow up with digital health counselling. During the video call, a nurse or doctor will review the results and potential actions to improve your health.
As an employee of an associated company, you can access health counselling with a medical professional if needed. The call is booked directly in the app or on onelab.se, and is completely anonymous to your employer.
All our health advisors are registered nurses or doctors with extensive experience in counselling and training in motivational interviewing.
Health advise and self-help programs
Based on your results, you will receive personalised health advice. In the app or on onelab.se, you will have access to articles, videos, podcasts, exercises and health programs related to different health areas, so that you can create or maintain a healthy lifestyle.
If needed, we can also set up specific health plans with continuous monitoring. The goal is to achieve sustainable health over time.
Safety and quality
All the data we collect is treated with strict confidentiality and kept completely anonymous from your employer. For the analysis of samples, we exclusively use accredited laboratories, also used by the Swedish healthcare system.
OneLab is a registered healthcare provider with IVO, The Health and Social Care Inspectorate. The activities are subject to the Health and Medical Services Act.
Your individual test results are handled anonymously and are subject to medical confidentiality. Your employer will be provided with an overall report with anonymised statistics for your company, so as to be able to identify and address work-related health risks.
